HEITEC Slovensko, spol. s.r.o. started its operations in April 1996 as part of the HEITEC AG group of companies based in Erlangen, Germany. The HEITEC AG group was founded in 1984 by Richard Heindl.

HEITEC Slovensko, spol. s.r.o., located in Trenčianska Turná, is part of a group of 21 companies representing the company in several European countries.

The HEITEC group of companies employs more than a thousand specialists, mainly in the engineering and technical fields. HEITEC Slovensko, spol. s.r.o. currently employs 57 specialists.
